Included in the package is 1 x 45-Degree Square. The square is wrapped in clear plastic with oil for protection, which can be easily wiped off with a towel before use.
Manufactured to strict DIN 875/2 standards, the 45-degree square is made of 45# steel. The blade is machined from a single solid steel blank and will never go out of square. A groove has been milled into the inner corner to provide clearance for burrs and debris, ensuring accuracy. With a base, the square is more stable without the need for holding it by hand when measuring. The base allows the square to easily stand on the workpiece. The measuring faces are lapped and polished for straightness and parallelism.
